Suzie Klein has been a licensed massage therapist since 1996.  She attended COMTA-accredited East-West College for her training and took the Oregon State Board Exams.  She had a private practice for  9 years in Oregon.  She also taught at East-West College for 6 years before moving to Alaska.

In 2004, she was part of the medical massage team, working on our worlds finest athletes at the Paralympic Games in Athens, Greece.

Suzie came to Alaska in 2005, and has teamed with Dr. Cynthia Hatton in opening Bear Mountain Chiropractic & Healing Arts in Chugiak.

Her focus is on deep tissue, sports massage, and injury rehab.  Suzie uses her intuition and training to isolate muscles related to the injury and work them out with soft tissue release, resistive stretching, and therapeutic movement techniques.  The combination of these techniques provides long lasting results from chronic or acute pain patterns.  She also works with women in pregnancy, children, and seniors.  She can help relieve chronic problems or help you relieve your stress with a relaxation massage.
